Associate Financial Responsibility
Progyny coverage works like our other insured healthcare benefits. You will have financial responsibility for treatment services rendered according to the medical plan that you’re enrolled in. You will only receive a bill and explanation of benefits from Progyny, making it easy to keep track of your benefit.
Financial responsibility will be determined by our health plan and includes:
- In-network deductible
- In-network copays
- In-network coinsurance
- Out-of-pocket maximum
